Patient participation group

What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?

PPGs are the co-ordinated voices of a GP Practice’s patients.  The Practice consult with, and listen to, the views of the PPG in the development of the service they provide.

The aims of the patient participation group

  • To offer opinions in a constructive manner and to put forward ideas on behalf of other patients.
  • To improve the provision of health care.
  • To improve communication between surgery, patients and the wider community about matters concerning the surgery and health in general.
  • To provide assistance in development of new services.
  • To encourage a spirit of self help and support amongst patients to improve their health and social care.

Join Our Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We invite all patients to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG) at Billet Lane Medical Practice. The PPG provides an opportunity for patients to voice their opinions, share feedback, and contribute to the development of services at the practice.

By becoming a member, you can help improve patient care and be part of important discussions about healthcare services.

We are always looking for new members to join the PPG. Your input and suggestions can make a real difference in shaping our services.

If you're interested in joining or would like more information, please get in touch with the practice today!

Stay informed and be part of the conversation to help us deliver the best care possible.
